Organic agriculture methods are used to minimize pollution from the soil, air, and water. Organic food is cheapest if you can buy from the farmer directly, either via box scheme, farmer market, or farm shop. Buying local, organic food will often cost less than non-organic equivalent. But, sometimes, in supermarkets, the cost of organic foods is too high because it’s not directly come from the farm. Therefore you have to pay more for organic food. Hence, you should go to the farm or directly buy the products if you want to buy something organic.
Basically, organic food is more healthy than non-organic food. Apart from that, it is eco-friendly, so we should try to consume more healthy food. This makes us strong physically and mentally.
