4 organic fontina cheese slices

4 whole-wheat bread slices

1 tbsp. olive oil

4 tbsp. pesto sauce (organic)

Method

Brush the chicken breast halves with oil. Season it with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill and place the halves on the grill over high heat. Grill for about 10 minutes on each side. Place 2 slices of cheese on each breast half for about 2 minutes before the chicken is completely ready. Grill the bread slices simultaneously. 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock

1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Method

Preheat oven to 400°F. Take a bowl and whisk together 1 tbsp. sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, chicken stock, vinegar, and soy sauce. Heat an oven-proof skillet over high heat. Toss chicken with flour, pepper, and salt. Add 1 tbsp. sesame oil and olive oil. Cook chicken until it gets golden on both sides. Pour the chicken stock mixture and turn off the heat.
